Terms of Service Ⅰ. General Terms This is an agreement between the user and CLIA Show exhibition E- Platform (hereinafter referred to as the CLIA Show). After successful registration, this agreement will automatically take effect. Ⅱ. Important Notes 1. To access and use the platform, please carefully read the Terms of Service in advance, including the disclaimer clauses that exempt or limit the liability of the platform and the restrictions on the rights of users. Please review and choose to accept or not accept the Terms of Service. If you do not accept the Terms of Service and do not agree with the modification of terms from time to time by the platform, you should not use the platform service or take the initiative to cancel the services provided by CLIA Show. Using CLIA Show service will be deemed as your acceptance of the Terms of Service in its entirety, including acceptance of any modifications to the Terms of Service made by the Platform at any time. 2. Once the Terms of Service is modified or changed, it will be published in the information channel on the home page of the platform for 1 month without further notice to each user. 3.CLIA Show products catalogues currently cover the whole leather industry, including leather and fur, synthetic materials, footwear, garment, luggage and bags, hardware, footwear material and accessories, chemical, intelligent manufacturing and other industrial categories. It also set up special channels for leather culture, Genuine leather Mark and Eco-Leather, leather industry museums and independent designer studios etc., so as to meet different needs of buyers and interested consumers and provide them with a better and comprehensive understanding of the industry's rich culture, brands and industry products. The General Terms of Service apply to the various services provided by CLIA Show. However, if there are separate terms, guidelines or rules when using the particular service of CLIA Show, the user shall comply with both the general terms and separated terms of service. All the above-mentioned terms, guidelines and rules form parts of the Terms of Service. Ⅲ. Rules of Usage 1. The user shall not publish any information on this platform that disturb public order, divide country, or contain any information that is illegal, fake, harassing, insulting, threatening, hurtful, destructive, provocative, obscene and pornographic. 2. When using the services of CLIA Show, the user must ensure the authenticity, correctness and integrity of the identity. If the company name is changed, please inform the administrator of the platform in time and provide relevant information for review. Users shall not transfer the account and password to others. To stop the service, users shall inform the administrator of the platform so that the account can be cancelled in time. 3. The account and password shall be kept confidential. User shall be fully responsible for the activities of any person authorized to use his/her account and password. The Platform cannot identify any unauthorized use of the account or password, and therefore the platform does not assume any responsibility. The user hereby agree and undertake the following articles: 3.1 When password or account is used without authorization, or any other security problem occurs, the user will immediately and effectively inform administrator of the platform; 3.2 The relevant account will be safely logged out after surfing the Internet or using the services. 4. The user agrees that CLIA Show will send relevant information, notices and business information to the user through email, message apps, SMS, website or other lawful ways. 5. Notice regarding the public information and material released on the platform: 5.1. The user agrees that the material uploaded to the platform, including but not limited to photos, graphics or audio and video materials, shall be granted the permanent right of use to CLIA Show. 5.2. The user shall guarantee that he/she has the intellectual property rights or authorization for the material uploaded to the platform. 5.3. The user shall take full legal responsibilities and bear all losses caused to the platform on occasion of violating relevant laws and regulations or breaking the rules of the Terms of Service. 6. The user shall comply with the relevant laws, regulations and administrative rules and regulations of the country, including but not limited to the followings: If the user violates the national laws and regulations or the Terms of Service, the platform will stop the service without taking any responsibility. If the platform or its partner companies are suffered from any third-party disputes, lawsuits, claims, etc., the related user shall compensate the platform or its partner companies for the corresponding losses. The user shall take full legal responsibility for all consequences arising from its violation of the Terms of Service. Ⅳ. Risk and Disclaimer 1. The service provided only cover the projects that CLIA Show currently operated. The online service including website, mobile communication and other services, and might be affected by unstable factors in various aspects. Therefore, there might be risk for the service interrupted or failure of meeting the user's requirements caused by the force majeure, including computer virus or hacker attacks, system instability, or other factors such as the location of the user, equipment shutdown by the user, non-operation of GSM network or internet etc. The user shall bear the above risks, and the platform shall not bear any responsibility for the failure of sending and receiving messages, saving information or other problems caused by the above reasons. 2. If the system problem of CLIA Show affects the normal operation of the service, the platform promises to cooperate with relevant partner to check and fix it in time. The platform reserves the right to suspend any part of the service for maintenance, upgrading for the system or other purposes without any notification in advance. Ⅴ. Changing, suspending or termination of the service and modification of the Terms of Service 1. The right of ownership, operation and interpretation of the service belong to the CLIA Show. The services provided by CLIA Show will be strictly implemented in accordance with its published articles, terms of service and operating rules. 2. CLIA Show has the right to modify the Terms of Service when necessary. Once the terms of service are changed, the revised one will be published on the relevant website page, and it will be regarded as a notice. If the user does not agree with the changed content, he/she should take the initiative to cancel the service. If the user continues to use the service, it shall be deemed to accept the changes in the Terms of Service. 3. Under any of the following circumstances, CLIA Show has the right to suspended or terminate the service provided to the user at any time without notification: The personal information provided by the user is untrue; The user violates the provisions of laws and regulations or the Terms of Service; Requirement from the authority; Other special circumstances identified by CLIA Show that do not meet the service requirements.
