Properties:
DK 55 is a light red to reddish brown liquid with remarkable anti-mold effect, which can be quickly and evenly distributed in acid-impregnated leather, blue wet leather or oil leather to hinder the growth of mold. It is safe and reliable.
Application:
The dosage is 0.18-0.35% of the weight of the gray leather or 0.2-0.5% of the weight of the leather. The specific dosage varies depending on the type and thickness of the original leather, related process conditions, storage environment, time, transportation environment and time. The product does not need to be diluted with water, but it is easy to be precipitated in raw water. However, it can still be used after precipitation without affecting the effect (added together with salt), and table salt can help it to disperse and spread.
Method of use:
When it is used in chrome tanning, it is better to add the original liquid and salt together at the beginning of acid-impregnation (or add salt or DK 55 first); when it is used in the process of refueling, the original liquid of DK 55 is stirred with the oil emulsion and then added into the drum together with the oil.
Storage:
This product should be placed in a cool, ventilated place, protected from rain and freezing, stored in a sealed place, and prohibited from being inverted, exposed to the sun or direct sunlight.
Notes:
Please pay attention to stirring before use. It is easy to crystallize in winter, please pay attention to anti-freezing. Do not dilute it with water, it will precipitate easily when seeing raw water. Please take safety precautions and wear protective gloves when using. If accidentally splashed in the eyes or on the skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water, preferably with milk.
