Properties:
BIO PL is specially designed to be used in the recycling process, adding BIO PL as pretanning agent before chrome tanning, it can obviously increase the absorption penetration and dispersion of chromium, reduce the content of chromium in chrome tanning residue, make the grain smooth and tight, and can improve the fullness and softness of the leather body; BIO PL has the effect of dispersing the oils and fats, it can emulsify and disperse natural fats and oils in the leather; it can increase the softening effect when added to the fatliquor bath, it can also reduce the risk of loose surface, and can reduce the risk of loose surface. BIO PL has the effect of dispersing the oils, emulsifying and dispersing the natural oils in the leather. Due to the improved fullness, softness and light resistance of the leather, it can be used in the production of shoe uppers, furniture leather, automotive sofa leather and nappa garment leather and is particularly suitable for soft, light-colored or white leathers.
BIO PL is capable of further dispersing collagen fibers during retanning, neutralizing, fatliquoring and dyeing processes and promotes the binding and absorption of other chemical materials in special preparations. It thus facilitates the realization of waste water recycling. It contains small amounts of pharmaceutical preparations as well as commonly used chemicals.
Application:
Depending on the conditions of use and the variety of leather, we recommend the following dosage: chromium impregnated tanning 1-3%; chromium retanning, retanning filling 2-5%.
Storage:
This product should be placed in a cool and ventilated place, protected from rain and freezing, stored in sealed condition, inversion, exposure and direct sunlight are prohibited.
Notes:
Please take proper safety protection measures and wear protective gloves when using. If accidentally splashed in the eyes or on the skin should be immediately flushed with plenty of water.
