Properties:
CRO-Cr is a chromium crosslinker that promotes chromium absorption and binding. It can significantly improve the absorption and penetration of chromium, and promote the uniform and gentle combination of trivalent chromium and collagen, reduce the free trivalent chromium in the leather, thus reducing the risk of hexavalent chromium, and also reduce the dosage of chrome powder in the main tanning by about 40%, thus reducing the chromium content in the main tanning waste liquid by 50-80%. The resulting wet blue leather has a light color, fine grain, uniform and bright color, and the fullness of the finished leather is significantly improved, and the shrinkage temperature is not affected. And it will not affect the absorption of filling materials and oil.
Application:
Used in chrome tanning process, add CRO-Cr after adding chrome powder for 2h-3h.
Suggested dosage: 0.3-0.6% for bovine and sheepskin. 0.3-0.5% for pig skin. (Weight by weight of gray skin).
Storage:
This product should be placed in a cool, ventilated place, protected from rain and freezing, sealed storage, prohibit inversion, exposure to the sun, direct sunlight.
Notes:
Please take safety measures and wear protective gloves when using. If accidentally splashed in the eyes or on the skin should be immediately flushed with plenty of water.
