Properties:
BIO DG has superior performance of degreasing oil and grease, its suitable pH value range is 6.0-13.0, the optimal pH value is 7.0-9.0; it can be used under the condition of 15-60 ℃, and its effect is not significantly affected by the temperature within the range of 15-35 ℃. The larger the dosage of BIO DG is, the longer the time of action, the better the effect of degreasing oil and grease, and it does not have any destructive effect on the structure of skin, so it is safe to use. BIO DG does not damage the structure of the skin and is therefore safe to use. Calcium ions have an activating effect on fat enzymes.
Application:
BIO DG can be used in water soaking, degreasing, ash soaking and softening.
BIO DG does not need to be dissolved and diluted, it can be added directly into the drum, and after adding it, it should be turned for at least 30 minutes, so that the enzyme preparation can be mixed evenly with the skin and the solution; if it is used in combination with surfactant, BIO DG should be added first, and then the surfactant should be added after a period of time.
Storage：
It is recommended to store in a cool and dry place. If stored in a tightly closed container at a temperature below 25°C, the viability of the product can be maintained for at least one year. Longer storage time or poor storage conditions, including higher humidity and temperature, will reduce enzyme activity, and the dosage of enzyme preparation needs to be adjusted as appropriate when using.
