Properties:
BIO NG optimal activity range PH 7.0-9.0, contains appropriate amount of biological protein, elastase and alkaline lipase, the destruction and removal of elastin and oil in the skin will make the grain surface of the finished leather more detailed, and the softness, plumpness and elasticity will be improved remarkably, so that the treatment of the after-process and the dyeing will be even. Since BIO NG is a complex enzyme preparation, each component has a synergistic effect, so it is not necessary to add any other enzyme preparation in the softening process.
Application:
BIO NG can be added directly after deliming or 20-60 minutes after deliming, the PH value of softening is controlled at 7.0-9.0, the softening temperature is controlled at 32-38℃, the softening effect is stronger at higher temperature, if the surface of the grain can be mildly treated to get a uniform softening effect, it can be softened at a lower temperature, but the processing time needs to be extended.
Storage:
It is recommended to store in a cool and dry place. If stored in closed containers at temperatures below 25℃, the viability of the product can be maintained for at least one year. Prolonged storage or poor storage conditions, including high humidity and temperature, will reduce enzyme activity and the dosage of the enzyme should be adjusted as appropriate.
