Properties:
BS-7014GL is a kind of sooting auxiliary with special chemical composition, so it has special function of helping sooting. At the early stage of soaking, it can mask the hair coat properly, increase the static diffusion and penetration speed of ash alkali from the meat surface, reduce the damage of ash alkali on the grain surface, and make ash alkali penetrate completely and evenly with less mechanical action. Later supplemented with appropriate mechanical action, it can make the gray naked skin grain surface clean and stretch the grain. The application of BS-7014GL can achieve obvious wrinkle removal effect, and at the same time reduce the loose surface rate of up to 20-50% than the conventional soaking agent.
Application:
According to the production varieties and process requirements, first add 1.2-3.0% of BS-7014GL for 15-20 minutes, and then add alkali sulfide and lime.
Storage:
This product should be placed in a cool, ventilated place, protected from rain, freezing, sealed storage, prohibit inversion, exposure to the sun, direct sunlight.
Notes:
Flocculent may appear on the surface of the liquid, this is a stabilizer, does not affect the use of the product effect. This product can not be mixed with organic ammonium, organic sulfur materials. Please take safety measures and wear protective gloves when using. If accidentally splashed in the eyes or on the skin should be immediately flushed with plenty of water.
