Applications:
8311L is used to control the growth of bacteria that biodegrade leather during the tanning production process. The problem of biodegradation affects the washing and dipping process more than any other step in the tannery production process. The solution environment in the soaking process is optimal for the rapid multiplication of microorganisms. The rancid odor and linting phenomena are due to the fact that the microbial growth in the soaking process is not effectively controlled. Although the damage to the leather caused by bacteria before soaking is irreparable, further damage caused by bacteria can be effectively eradicated during the soaking process by using 8311L. The dosage of 8311L depends on the specific situation. Generally, depending on the total weight of the leather liquid, the dosage of 8311L is 350-650 ppm. but do not add it together with alkaline materials.
Storage:
This product should be placed in a cool, ventilated place, protected from rain and freezing, stored in a sealed place, and inverted, exposed to the sun and direct sunlight is prohibited.
Notes:
The color, density and pH value of the product will be changed due to different seasons, temperatures and storage time. Please pay attention to stirring before use. It is easy to crystallize in winter, please pay attention to anti-freezing. This product cannot be added at the same time with organic amines and organic sulfur materials, or there may be precipitation. Please take safety measures when using, wear protective gloves and glasses and protective clothing. If accidentally splashed in the eyes or on the skin, rinse immediately with plenty of water, preferably with milk.
