Properties:
EU 1000 is a light brown to reddish brown liquid with a remarkable anti-mold effect, which is quickly and evenly distributed in acid-impregnated, wet-blue or oiled leather to prevent mold growth. It is safe and reliable.
Application:
According to the type, size and thickness of the raw hide, it can be added 0.2-0.4% of the weight of the gray hide or 0.3-0.5% of the weight of the cut and even leather. The dosage will be changed according to the specific conditions such as the fat content of the raw hide, the thickness and density of the leather, the subsequent cleaning, neutralization, chemical fixation and other process conditions, as well as the factory storage environment, transportation environment and time. Method of use:It is recommended to add the product in two stages, 30 minutes after the chrome powder is added and 30 minutes before the end of tanning. The exact dosage and method of application will vary on a case-by-case basis and Bausch & Lomb is limited to recommendations. For use during the oiling process, stir the EU 1000 stock solution with the oil emulsion and add it to the drum with the oil.
Storage:
The product should be placed in a cool, ventilated place, protected from rain and freezing, stored in sealed containers, and inverted, exposed to the sun and direct sunlight is prohibited.
Notes:
Please pay attention to stirring before use. It is easy to crystallize in winter, please pay attention to anti-freezing. Do not dilute with water, see raw water easy to precipitate. Please take safety precautions and wear protective gloves when using. If accidentally splashed in the eyes or on the skin should be immediately rinsed with plenty of water, preferably with milk.
